He is survived by : his children, Steve (Sara), Karen (Steve) and Linda (Don). He is also survived by six grandchildren and spouses, and eight great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Daly-Leach Chapel (1010 W Main St, Hamilton, MT 59840). The military honors was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Victor Cemetery (2588 Chief Victor Camp Rd, Victor, MT 59875).
