She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Zier and Mary Zier; her husband Rudy Koch; and her sons, Tom and Jimm.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Forney (Pat) and Maribeth Wuertz (Randy); her grandsons, Brandon Forney (Shari) and Barrett Sherman; and her great grandchildren, Jaron Forney, Hailee Sherman and Hunter Sherman.
