She was predeceased by : her parents, Philip King and Nellie King. She is survived by : her children, Kathy Haugen (Ken) of Great Falls, Karen Wynne (Pat) of Helena and Kenneth Kops (Angela Huschka) of East Helena; her brothers, Dick Atkins (Jerri) of Goldendale and Philip King (Jacque) of Hoodsport, Washington; her brother-in-law Franklin Kops (Joyce) of Havre; her grandchildren, Heather Wendell (Reed Link) of Great Falls, Erik Haugen (Kari) of Great Falls, Hannah Kops of East Helena, Bailey Kops (Lane Grove) of East Helena and Jaydee Huschka of East Helena; her great grandchildren, Brecken Wendell, Kaitlyn Wendell, Myla Haugen, Madi Haugen and Maya Haugen; her cousins, Steven Kops and Trudy Rader; her husband Melvin Kops; and her siblings, Charlodie K. King, William P King, Charlotte E. Wright, Edwin L. King and Nellie May Atkins. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Her family has suggested memorial donations be made in Bonnie's memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
