He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Elton and Loraine Watson Price; his siblings, Clair, Elton and Clain; his wife Bonnie Gail Maxie; and his son Kevin Price.

He is survived by : his sister Mary Ann; his former life partner Judy Lee Hill; his stepchildren, Melanie (Daymond), Eddie Dean, Rodney (Karen), Laura, Jason (Robyn) and Dietra; his daughter Edie Woodward Stevenson; his goddaughter Kristin Price Bigelow; and his siblings, Ronald W. Price and Karen Fairbanks. He is also survived by seven children, 19 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
