She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Staples and Iris Staples (Sanguins); her husband Bill Jr. (Bill); her siblings, Donald (Peggy), Mary Gill (Dan) and Nellie Cederberg (Leon); her sister-in-law Pauline Doughten (Robert); her in-laws, William Sr. and Stella Bilger; and her nephew David Doughten.
A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wilderness Funeral Home & Cremation Services (500 Indiana St, Chinook, MT 59523).
The family suggests memorials be given to the Chinook Senior Center.
