As we bid Florence farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Florence is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wilson and Sybil Wilson (Watson); her son Christopher Whalen; and her brothers, Wally and Cliff Wilson.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Whalen (Tina Ellis) of Great Falls; her grandsons, Brennan Whalen and Castor Robedeau; and her friend Laura. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends.
Florence's family has suggested memorial donations be made in her memory to the Havre Parks and Recreation, 520 4th Street, Havre, MT 59501, for a memorial tree to be planted in her honor.
