He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Kinsella and Elizabeth Kinsella (Bette). He is survived by: his wife Laura; his children, Tim (Michelle Kinsella), Mike (Heidi Kinsella), Kirk (Kate Kinsella), Frank and Janna Munson (Kinsella); his siblings, Ron, Bob (Sanda), Patricia Holman, Larry (Judy) and Lois Frerck; Jerry. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Jerry's family has suggested memorial donations be made in his memory to St. Jude School, St Jude Catholic Church for the stained glass windows or to a memorial of the donor's choice.
