He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Friede and Marie Friede (Saddler); and his siblings, Peggy Friede, Cindy Lawrence and Daniel Friede.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ernestine Rosette (Charles) of Rocky Boy, Harvey Friede of Rocky Boy, Alvina Cochran (Buzz) of Rocky Boy and Tricia Friede-Gardipee of Great Falls. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
