He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis Lowen and Clara Lowen (Armstrong). He is survived by : his wife Susan Lowen of Havre; his children, Nick Lowen (Crystal) of Havre, Chris Lowen of Great Falls, Ben Lowen (Kaylee) of Bend, OR and Lilly Jo Lowen of Havre; his daughter-in-law Courtney Lowen; his grandchildren, Preston, Kylie, Taylor Lowen, Brooklyn Russell, Kaeva, Keanna, Elijah and Parker Lowen; his brother Chuck Lowen (Vickie) of Havre; and his brother-in-law Tom Aevermann (Cheryl). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends.
Jim's family has suggested memorial donations be made in his memory to the Havre Trails, Friends of Beaver Creek Park, or the charity of the donor's choice.
