He is survived by: his wife Linda; his brother Albert Conway (Carol); his nephew Kelly Nelson (Gina); his niece Heather Begger (Randy); his great-nieces, Kelsey and Josie Begger; his nephew Brian Nelson (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Sandy Nelson.
After 2021, both Joe and Linda recovered from the covid epidemic, but some new health issues had started to take place with Joe by year's end 2022.
