He is survived by: his children, Shelma Seidel of Havre, Sharla Thrams (Bryan) of Colorado and Scott Seidel (Dana) of Havre; and his grandchildren, Samantha Thompson (Tyler), Father Curtis Seidel, Shandra West (Matt), Jayme Seidel (Kameron Pribyl), Shawn Jeronimo (Miguel), Sadie Seidel, Trenna Seidel-Peterson (Christopher) and Leila Seyfert (Dan). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and many, many friends.
Joe's family has suggested memorial donations be made in his memory to the Friends of the Havre Animal Shelter, St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic School, or the Hill County 4-H Foundation.
