Merle Breeden Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle Breeden of Havre, Montana, who passed away on August 6, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Pearl; and his siblings, Mildred Wade, Helen Barnhart (Bill) of Livingston, Avis Norman (Ed) of Livingston, Irene Hartwell (Dale) of Idaho Falls, ID and Ernest.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Wilmot; his children, Shannon Buettner Havre (Craig), Shelly Breeden of Wasilla, AK and Dan (late Cheryl) of Fort Benton, MT; and his granddaughters, Haley Sheppard Havre (Mason) and Shannon Ray Chapman Wasilla (Justin). He is also survived by two great granddaughters and two great grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Havre Care and Comfort Home or a local veterans' organization.
