With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rhonda Isabel Snell of Hays, Montana, who passed away on October 29, 2023 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Virgil McConnell (Marie) and Marie McConnell; her husband Albert Snell Jr. of Hays; her son Frank McConnell (Dane) of Lodge Pole, MT; her adoptive children, Giacamo and Matteo of Italy; and her siblings, Floyd McConnell Sr. (Angie) of Hays, MT, Arleta Plummer (Donovan) of Iowa, Trenda DuBois of Harlem, MT, Larry Gunn, Frank McConnell, Virgil A McConnell, Shirley Kirkaldie and Barbra Plummer. She was also cherished by her numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
