It is with sadness that the passing of Alberta J. Whipp of Helena, Montana is shared. Alberta, born on April 20, 1932, passed away on October 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Alberta will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Lofink and Erma Lofink; her former husband Kenneth "Dick" Whipp; her siblings, Ken, Marvin Lofink and Nancy Mathison (Dick Whipp); her former husband Jack Reid; and her granddaughter Rebecca Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Reid (Cathy) and Jill Parker (John); and her daughter-in-law Linda Reid. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Anderson Stevenson Wilke and Retz Funeral Home (3750 N Montana Ave, Helena, MT 59602). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Craig Cemetery.
