He was predeceased by: his father Richard Vimpany. He is survived by: his mother Lavonne Vimpany; his wife Cindy Krahenbuhl; his children, Stephen, Haley Vimpany, Richard and Allie Vimpany; his grandchildren, Kyler, Axyl, Adam, Rusty, Madison and Maysen; and his sister Debbie.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Doug's memory to cancer support resources, veterans' organizations, or law enforcement support charities of your choice.
