He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Warner; his former wife Donna Lordemann Warner; his mother Frances Warner Landwehr; his stepfather Sy Landwehr; and his siblings, Lora Warner, Jimmie Lee Warner and Glenda Craft.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Chapman Warner; his children, Michael Warner (Kristen), Janine Kotan (Kevin) and Shawn Warner (Lisa); his stepchildren, Karen Cook (Jason) and Craig Moggy (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Tyler Warner (Kaitie), Tabatha Pemberton (Taylor), Daniel Warner, Bradley Warner, Andrew Baucum-Kotan (Brittani), Alex Kotan (Jessica), Jacob Graham (Rachel), Eric Graham (Kelsey), Jordin Cook, Jessie Cook, Jake Moggy and Jethryn Moggy. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
