He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Hickam and Harold Hickam. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his sons, Todd (Kelli) and Bryan (Thomi); his grandchildren, Caleb, Sadie, Gavin, Sawyer, Skylar, Abby and Braxton; and his brother Steve (Wendy).
