We are sad to announce that, on April 6, 2026, at the age of 72, Janet M. Kirkland of Helena, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Travis and Blanche Travis (Moell); her daughter Stephanie VanDyke; her brother Bobby Travis; and her parents-in-law, Barbara and Robert Kirkland.
She is survived by: her husband Mark Aubrey; her children, Travis and Maren; her son-in-law Ryan Weber; her granddaughters, Morgan of Helena and Mica Weber of Helena; her siblings, Barbara Keller of Killdeer, ND, Tom Travis (Doreen) of Stevensville, MT, Jackie Hanson (Bob) of Mobridge, SD, Steven (Gwen) of Colorado and Lisa (Derrick) of Chicago, IL; and her stepmother Linda of Wisconsin.
The family asks that any donations in her memory be made to St. Peter's Episcopal church or to Light a Life, a fundraiser for St. Peter's Hospice Program; both organizations were insurmountably helpful through her end-of-life journey.
