He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Jay Kurtz (Adella Ramona Martian) and Daphne; and his brother Jay Kurtz. He is survived by: his wife Daphne Kurtz; his sons, Riley Kurtz (Annie) and McKenzie Kurtz; his granddaughters, Penny and Paige; and his siblings, Charles Hassa, David Lynch, Elijah Kurtz, Rhianna Kurtz and Tina Walberg.
In lieu of flowers, Jeff would want you to take the young person in your life out for ice cream, or to do something the two of you would enjoy.
