He was predeceased by: his parents, R. E. Hazen (Elva) and Alice Loman (Ray); his brothers, Richard and Michael Hazen; his nephew Jason Ereth; his foster mother Dorothy Jungers; and his close friends, Bobby Williams, Dan Stewart, Harold Cole, Steve Eva, Skip Score, Dewey Lyon, Spike and Scooter.
He is survived by: his daughter Jennell Hazen Perros (Nick); his grandchildren, Ronin Irene Perros and Knox Hazen Perros; his sister Pam Neuwerth (Bean); his sibling's children, Joey Neuwerth, Rick Hazen and MegAnn Savage; and his close friends, Mike Songer, Dennis Hulst, Richard Snyder, Tim Shidu, Steve Wong, Terry Thomas and Mark Byers.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Anderson Stevenson Wilke Funeral Home (3750 N Montana Ave, Helena, MT 59601).
