He is survived by: his significant other Joan Duffy; his children, Kaye, Sandy and John; his stepdaughter Helen; his grandchildren, Sandra, Sean, Katka and Max; his stepgrandchildren, Bo, Josie, Ellie, Charles and Angus; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rainier, Penelope and Oliver; and his pets, Duffy, Purl, Elway, Conrad and Knot. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
