She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond "Doc" Hoyt and Irene Hoyt (Plummer); her husband Russell Snell; her nephews, Michael Hoyt and Kevin Hoyt; her great-nephew Jara Hoyt; her siblings, Richard, Joseph Hoyt and Judy Allen (Hoyt); and her great grandchild Rowan DeChenne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Caryl Burroughs (Nick), Eileen Robinson (Ken) and Jo Cruse (Scott); her grandchildren, Andrea Frydenlund (Kelly), Bo Robinson (Natalie), Ashley Cruse, Kyle Burroughs (Heidi), Caleb, MacKenzie, Madison Cruse, Madeline Burroughs and Ellie Cruse; and her great grandchildren, Reagan Grinton, Kannon Frydenlund, Jack, Alaina, Ryker, Aksel Burroughs, Aengus Cruse and Kaylynn Robinson.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hawthorne Funeral Home (1825 E College Way, Mount Vernon, WA 98273). A burial will be held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Union Cemetery.
