It is with sadness that the passing of Shirley I. Thomas of Helena, Montana is shared. Shirley, born on April 28, 1944, passed away on June 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Barrett and Sylvia Barrett (Lyons); and her husband Earl. She is survived by: her brother Sam Barrett (Judy); her children, Sam (Christi), Letha (Jon) and Adele; her grandchildren, Casey Ebelt (Audrey), Chelsi Smith (Dan), Ashley Peterson (Kyle) and Isabelle Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Eli Ebelt and Jaxton Peterson. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the East Helena United Methodist Church or Helena Food Share.
