He was predeceased by: his parents, Christiaan and Hendereina. He is survived by: his sister Rainy; his wife Gean; his children, Donald, Theresa, Jayson, Cody, Nicolle, Kelson, Briony and Conall; and his grandchildren, Conall, Briony, Kelson, Nicolle, Cody and Jayson. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and his many friends.
