He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vincent Brown and Evelyn Brown (Mott Winter); his wife Pattilou; his sisters, Mary Jo, Bonnie, Delores and Patty; and his children, Billy Brown Jr., Kimberly Reiman, Carol Kittson, Delia Omsberg, Jamie Wise and Julie Ballek. He was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
