He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxson O. Case and Arline R. Case (Barger); his wife Reba R. Koole; and his brothers, Timothy and Toby.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Seidel (Matthew), Katjalee Case and Kyle Case. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five nieces and nephews and several cousins.
