He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Shelly (Robert), Shad (Kandice), Krissy and Kim (Rob); his grandchildren, Sarah, Christopher (Traci), Thad, Tyler, Chris, Justin (Kristen), Mallory and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Haylee, Emmett, Harper, Lela and Zaveah.
