With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amelia Wittman (Laurel, Montana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Powers and Millie Powers; her siblings, Kathleen, Jack and Madeline; and her children, Donnie and Melanie.

She is survived by: her husband Ron Wittman; her sons, Charles Rankin and Jarrett Jackson; her stepchildren, Deanne VanZee (Doug) and Brandon Wittman (Zoe); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Rachel and Don Jr.; her stepgrandchildren, Mariah and Marcus; her sister-in-law Hilda Rymer; her nephew Clifford Rymer; and her niece Susan Tinn (Ron).

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Yellowstone National Cemetery (55 Buffalo Trail Rd, Laurel, MT 59044).

Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice in her name. Make a donation to one of the following charities in remembrance of Amelia "Dolly" Wittman.
