Barbara Ann Hoppel Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Ann Hoppel (Laurel, Montana), who passed away at the age of 87, on September 14, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Carpenter and Gertrude Carpenter. She is survived by: her husband Jack Hoppel; her great grandchildren, Marty, Gail Hoppel, Jesse Blackman, Joshua Murdock, Monty, Rita Hoppel and Bryce Hoppel; and her grandchildren, Kelsey Hoppel, Megan [Hoppel] Ochoa (Kodie), Lielle, Kasey, Shelly Haenggi (Walt Haenggi), Kristopher Lehto, Brodi, Korey, Amanda Lehto, Braxton, Austin, Mike, Nina Hoppel, Amber [Hoppel], Aaron Lehnerz, Arya, Barrett, Scarlett, Cooper, Naia and Michaela Hoppel. She is also survived by many close friends and family of her children and grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Pius Catholic Church (717 18th St W, Billings, MT 59102). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Laurel Cemetery (50 Buffalo Trail Rd, Laurel, MT 59044). A reception will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Laurel Golf Course Clubhouse (1020 Golf Course Rd, Laurel, MT 59044).
