He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Eastlick and Betty Eastlick (Estes); and his sister-in-law Terry Fukado. He is survived by: his wife Kayla Joy Lorash; his sons, Chad (Mindi), Seth (Julie) and Steele (Jori); his grandchildren, Kinzie Belden (Ethan), Marley Drake (Easton), Chance, Finley, Rook, Cael, Loden and Daegan; and his sisters, Linda Strauch (Bill) and Gloria Dickerson (Joe). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
