She is survived by: her former husband Don Koski; her daughters, Kerrie Kay Koski (Deb Barone), Teresa Lynn Smith (Terrie) and Terrie Smith (Harry); her siblings, Jerry Heiser (Anne), Carol Sands and Sharon Herman (David); her granddaughters, Coryn Melton (Jason), Sierra and Taylor Smith; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Priia, Aviana and Freya Melton; Ron, Dixie Ludwig and Maggie Tohannie.
