He was predeceased by: his mother Rosie; and his sister Rosie. He is survived by: his close friend Patty Beeman; his children, Mike Hettinger, Jan Brumwell (Murray) and Lana Hughes; his stepchildren, Julie Swanson (Angel) and Mark Beeman (Kim); his grandchildren, Dana Brumwell (Jen), Dylan Brumwell Owen (Eric), Taylor Hughes and Rachael Hughes; his stepgrandchildren, Robert, Tara and Stephanie Beeman; his great grandchildren, Brayden, Tucker, Miles and Presley; the mother of his children Shirley Dana; and his nieces, Michelle and Rochelle.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Veterans Cemetery.
