She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Schaaf and Eva Schaaf; her husband Karl McLelland; and her siblings, Bernadine Schaaf, Genevieve Schaaf, Valentine Schaaf and Paul Schaaf.
She is survived by: her children, James Barth Jr. (Robin), Vanessa Newman (Gerald), Stephanie Spragg, Mark McLelland and Mandy McLelland Giesick; her grandchildren, Jessie Barth, Savanna, Sheridan, Nick Layne, Courtney Barth, Angel Plymale (Ben), Karlee Haun, Amelia Haun, Kinzie Haun, Cooper and Calvin Giesick; her great grandchildren, Kaiden, Abbie, Anaya, Ophelia, Noah and Ryder; and her siblings, Vivian Michales (John), Carol Kimmel (Floyd), Eva Larsen, Theresa "Terri" Devitt (Randy) and Jerry Schaaf.
