He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Fowler and Edith Fowler (Knerr); his grandparents, Gordon, Hazel Fowler, Meridith and Collen Knerr; his brother Glen; and his daughter Sydney.
He is survived by: his children, Nick Fowler (Amber), Brian Fowler, Caryl Basham (Mike) and Jennifer Kirchhevel (John); and his siblings, Clint Fowler (Dorothy), Sherra Dah (Marty), Carl Fowler (Stacy) and Tommy Harrell (Donna). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
