With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard W. Edgerton (Laurel, Montana), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Edgerton and Willard Edgerton; and his wife Colleen Randall. He is also survived by his 3 children, 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Yellowstone National Cemetery (55 Buffalo Trail Rd, Laurel, MT 59044).
