He was predeceased by : his parents, Alexander Frank and Katy Frank (Hart); his parents-in-law, Lydia and Edward Wegner; his siblings, Herman Frank (Marion) and Helen Reiter (Walter); his brothers-in-law, Larry Yeager, Elhart Hoffman and Rudy Wegner (Bernice); his wife Mildred Wegner; and his daughter Eileen Shimskey (Patrick).
He is survived by : his son Stanley Frank; his daughter-in-law Susan; his grandchildren, Rick Shimskey (Lori) of Kennewick, WA, Pam Madrigal of Houston, TX, Cindy Frank of Marina, Wendy Frank of Billings and Lena Kallevig (Shawn) of Bridger, MT; and his siblings, Betty Yeager, JoAnn Hoffman and Raymond Frank (Char). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
