Daniel Michael Welsh Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Michael Welsh of Lewistown, Montana, who passed away on July 23, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Welsh (Hillemeier) and John Welsh; his wife Eileen; and his siblings, Kathleen Wichman (Art), Lucille Wichman (Jim), Margaret Reese (Don), Joyce Lefebvre (Roger), Pat Quiroz, Judy Welsh and Dennis (Amber).
He is survived by: his siblings, John Welsh (Joan) of Yuma, Arizona and Karen Lefebvre (Don) of Swanton, Vermont; and his sons, Tony Welsh (Annette) of Girod and Carey Welsh (Sandi) of Great Falls, MT. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Leo's Catholic Church (124 W Broadway St, Lewistown, MT 59457). The military honors was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at the Mount Calvary Cemetery.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
