He is survived by: his children, Robert, Roy, Robin, Richard II and Ronda; and his wife Ilean. He is also survived by five children; along with his grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (900 Casino Creek Dr, Lewistown, MT 59457). The military honors was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain View Cemetery (682 10, Columbus, MT 59019).
