He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Martin and Amy Martin (Larsen); and his siblings, Jack, Clyde, Bonnie and Cheryl.

He is survived by : his wife Viv Pospisil; his children, Ginger Dostal (Stan), Shannon Hertel and Jimmy Martin (Rachel); his grandchildren, Gwen, Levi Dostal (Keeley), Richelle Zamyslicy (Anthony), Shayna Hertel (Tyler), Maddison Martin, Mikayla Martin and Rowdy Knerr; his great grandchildren, Lyam, Alaina, Huxley, Saige and Bohdi; and his siblings, Les Martin (Jo), Carolyn Askins, Dave Martin (Carol), Dean Martin (Edna), Earl Martin (Diana), Bill Martin (Kim) and Rob Martin (Charlotte). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
