He is survived by : his parents, Elizabeth Johnson (Keith) and Dave Benefield (Roxanne); his daughter Alexis Benefield; his brother Derek Benefield (Allie); and his grandmothers, Gayla Benefield and Irene Sirey. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and one nephew.
