He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Spence and Shirley Spence; his stepfather William R. Cheney; his siblings, Kathleen Blahnik and Ty Cheney; and his siblings' children, Jennifer Tapia, Frankie and Ricky Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Spence; his children, Alicia Green (Derek), Frank Spence Jr. (Leisa) and Jason Spence (Jaime); his siblings, Bill Cheney (Sandra) and Kim Mendoza; and his grandchildren, Makenna, Regan, Abigail, Lilly, Ryder, Lola and Keeli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great friends.
