He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Cottrell Fletcher and Charles Eugene Fletcher; his daughter Tessa Fletcher; and his siblings, Valorie Sweet (Walter) and Roy Fletcher.
He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Jo Brue and Shaundra Dixon (Duane); his siblings, Letty Overby (Darrell), Steele Fletcher (Leslie), Molly Boggs, Betsy Arnold (Neil), Mary Stroklund, Rene Fletcher, Jimmie Fletcher (Shelly) and Linda Leazenby (Wes); and his close friend Lottie Berg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
