He was predeceased by : his parents, Francis E. Welch and Sally J. Anderson; his grandparents, Rudolph and Beaulah Weinkauf; his stepfather Albert Anderson (Andy); and his brothers, Phillip Welch and Terry Anderson.
He is survived by : his sisters, Victoria Cargile, Jerri Hasz and Penny Sagendorf; his brother-in-law Steve Hasz; his children, Patricia Elzey, Megan Cargile and Lucas Welch; his nephew Stephen Cargile; and his niece Dawn Cargile. He is also survived by three granddaughters; one great granddaughter; and one great grandson.
