He is survived by: his siblings, Marvin "Buck" Windom, Anita Hutchins and Cheryl Moos; his children, David Windom, Evan Windom and Debbie Windom; his daughter-in-law Brenda Windom; his grandsons, Josh Windom and Jake Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Noah Windom and Jaden Lewis. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
