He is survived by: his mother Suzy Smith; his stepfather Derrick Smith; his father David Plantiko (Angela Biscoglio); his brothers, Jason (Lori Plantiko) and Brent (Tiffany Plantiko); his aunts and uncles, Linda Parmele, Rhett, Carla Loomis, Scott and Victoria Loomis; and his siblings' children, Kayli, Emily, Ashlyn, Isaac, Avery, Kasen, Kimber, Lilly and Max (Helen Midgely).
