He is survived by: his daughter Kayla Thompson (Dustin); his siblings, Cheryl Hackett (Gary), Tammie Blow (Mike), Cindie Baker, Roger Curtis, Randy Curtis (Mary) and Tracy Curtis (Miriam); and his grandchildren, Kye Thompson and Axel Thompson.
