We are sad to announce that, on November 11, 2022, at the age of 78, JoAnn Mowrey of Livingston, Montana, born in Oberlin, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Luikart and Josephine Luikart; her children, Michael and Shanna; her husband Joel Mowrey; her brother Jay (Kathy); and her former husband Tom (Kate). She was also cherished by her two children and their spouses and two granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Stafford Animal Shelter at 3 Business Park Road, Livingston, MT.
