She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse Kusles and Lucille Kusles. She is survived by: her husband Don Hartmann; her daughters, Sarah Ziegler (Rich) and Katie Jackson (Ian); and her granddaughter Rami Jackson. She is also survived by friends, family members, patients, and the animals.
