He was predeceased by : his parents, Earle Mikesell and Florence Mikesell (Cast); and his parents-in-law, Chester Mussetter and Betty Mussetter (Bell). He is survived by : his wife Peggy Mikesell (Mussetter); his daughter Anjie Martins (Mikesell); his son-in-law Mike Martins; and his brother Mike Mikesell (Carol).
