He is survived by: his wife Linda Porter; his daughters, Nancy Anderson (Len) and Trish Freund; his grandsons, Andy (Hannah), Pat (Caitlin) and Michael Freund; his great grandchildren, Tallulah, Parker and Vivian; his brother Carl Forrest (Karen); his niece Kristin Dobbins; his nephew Kevin Forrest; his cousin Billy Rice; Morgan, Larry, Gary Jones, Terry and Karen McEneaney.
